VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN is located between Pottery Barn and Lululemon
It takes over a thousand volunteers working countless hours to ensure a successful Art in the Square. When you become a volunteer, you experience the excitement and sense of community that make this three-day fundraising event so special.
ADULT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for
Adults 21 and over:
Gatekeeping
Beverage Sales & Service
Tent Floaters
Kids Korner Tent
Youth Art Tent
TEEN VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for
The Zone:- inflatables, rock wall, bungee jump, and carnival games
Kids Korner - help with arts and crafts
Artist Hospitality - deliver drinks and snacks to artists, booth sit
Youth Art - help host youth art tent
Arts Alive - this lively, interactive assignment will involve staffing an art-themed social media tent. Duties include taking photos of visiting patrons at Southlake’s Art in the Square event. Easy and fun!

Community service hours can be fulfilled by volunteering at Art in the Square. Check-in with our Volunteer Coordinator on duty to ensure you receive the documentation needed for your program.
